Our next AGM is upon us!
Join us on Saturday, 30th May 2026 at 10:00 am,
Meeting Room 1, Logan Hyperdome Library.
At our AGM, you’ll learn what we’ve been up to over the last year, and what our plans are for the future of Logan arts. We’ll disclose our financial position, and answer any questions you have.
Considering become a member? Then this is where you’ll learn if it’s right for you.
It’s also a great time for voting members to have their say by electing the new management committee to lead our org into the future.
Using your vote
In order to keep continuation of knowledge and expertise in our org, only have of our management committee are up for election at one time. This year the Secretary, Treasurer and Vice President are up for election.

- Nominations for board positions must be received by Thurs 14th May 2026.
- Proxy votes can be completed by 11:59pm Friday 29th May to be counted.
Naomi Crawford
Nominated for Secretary
Naomi began her early career in Hospitality and Sales often in leadership roles due to her organisational, decision making and teaching skills. More recently she entered into the field of Education, rounding out her passion to share knowledge and collaborate with others. She aims to work where she can apply her
excellent relationship building skills, while also contributing creatively and professionally to the arts where she has been volunteering on the board of Assorted Grains. Read more.
Alicia Taylor (Tink)
Nominated for Treasurer
Tink is one of the country’s leading fusion burlesque performers – effortlessly weaving dangerous elements such as fire and sideshow into the art of the tease. Co-Producer of Club Queer & delightfully Scarlet, Headmistressmaster of The Vaudeville Consortium – this is one talented fire fairy! Outside of the performance arts, Tink works across a multitude of projects including: Community Housing, Treasurer for Circus Being Inc, Trip Co-ordinator & Program Manager for Circus for Humanity under the Humanitarian Clowns. Grant Strachan
Nominated for Vice President
Grant Strachan draws on his extensive IT experience with the Queensland Govt to ensure robust record-keeping and operational systems. With over a decade of hands-on experience as a sound and lighting technician, Grant combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of the performing arts sector.
Known for his empathetic leadership and attentive listening, Grant excels at supporting diverse teams and fostering inclusive environments where every voice is valued. Read more.

Anyone in the community can get involved. If you’re not an artist or arts worker and you want to help, here are some quick ways in which you can contribute.

Strong social connections come from sharing who we are, and listening to those around us (both individuals and businesses).

Share what you want to see happening in your community.
3. Volunteer your skills, resources, or assets
What skills or connections do you have to offer (and want to contribute)?
What places or spaces can we activate? Do you have one to share?
What stories can we draw from?
When you get involved, you build a sense of connection to your community and our fabulous city.

We pay our respects to the Elders past and present as the traditional Custodians of the lands and waters. We acknowledge their living culture and their traditional art forms. We recognise that the land where we live, learn, create and work is Yugembah, Jagera/Yugerra, Turrbul and Bundjalung land and sovereignty was never ceded. We’re committed to building and sustaining respect and understanding between Indigenous and non-Indigenous artists.
